A recent article on My Northwest describes that Seattle's real estate market is among the most competitive in the U.S. As Richard Oxley describes, "Redmond's Overlake neighborhood was the second most competitive neighborhood to buy a home in the nation in 2015. Seattle's Roosevelt neighborhood came in at fourth place."  And it doesn't end there, as in the top 30 markets, "Seattle-area neighborhoods account for more than a third."
