The Puget Sound Business Journal says that "Vulcan Real Estate's latest project, Augusta Apartments in Seattle's University District," is a nod to Seattle's booming tech biz, as the development "has been named for the woman many consider the world's first computer programmer." The name, as Marc Stiles reports, is "not only a tribute to Augusta Ada Byron, countess of Lovelace," but also "a nod to the project site, where Vulcan founder Paul Allen and Bill Gates honed their programming skills."

The complex, located across from the University of Washington at 4041 Roosevelt Way NE will offer 208 apartments with retail space -- an area sure to attract a number of buyers who are ready to experience #noplacelikeown.
