Marc Stiles from The Puget Sound Business Journal says that "designers of Seattle's planned residential high-rises are pulling out all the stops so the buildings stand out on the skyline, and one of the latest entries is ratcheting up the competition with swoops and greenery."

According to documents submitted by Westbank, in the proposed design, by Henriquez Architects, "the north facades will have 'a continuous scuptural balcony,' which will 'oscillate in and out' with private gardens between the suites. In addition, 'lone trees will punctuate the facade episodically.' The idea is to create what the materials say is a 'sensual form.'"
